Workshop: It is such a pleasure to recommend Chelsey. She is a thoughtful and organized facilitator whose Equity, Diversity and Inclusion Workshop with the Trail & District Public Library’s staff helped to build capacity and competency in our organizations ongoing EDI efforts. Chelsey’s personal stories and experiences enhance her well-researched presentation and bring perspective and incredible authenticity. Her passion and commitment to EDI is apparent and her calm demeanor and delivery helped build trust amongst our staff so we could feel safe to discuss the sensitive topics of equity, diversity and inclusion. Panel Discussion: Working with Chelsey is outstanding. Her contributions, both from an EDI perspective and a personal one, to the Trail & District Public Library’s panel discussion during our one-day symposium for library workers were thoughtful, authentic and extremely well-delivered.
